SYLVIA CASARES ANNOUNCES
TEX-MEX AND TAMALE-MAKING CLASSES
Sylvia Casares, chef and owner of Sylvia's Enchilada announces the continuation of her popular Tex-Mex Cooking Classes. Starting last winter 2005 with a series of tamale making classes, Sylvia was spurred on by popular demand to expand her course offerings. From March through the summer, the cooking school hummed along with weekly classes that took students through the basic repertory of Tex-Mex classics and beyond.
Classes are taught in the spacious private dining room adjacent to the restaurant.
All classes include a full meal and dessert and your choice of beverages (alcohol included).
